It can be fed directly with an excavator or loading shovel allowing customers to load and stockpile a wide range of materials including, coal, crushed aggregate, compost, top soil, bark, sand and fines.
The variable speed feed belt discharges a regulated flow of material onto the main conveyor belt. This particular function means that it can also be used to feed material onto screenboxes and cone crushers.
The discharge height is hydraulically raised and lowered to minimise fragmentation of materials. The 22m long main conveyor is highly efficient in achieving large stockpile heights up to 10.4m.
The unique full 360 degrees slewing option allows the main conveyor to operate at 90 degrees to the hopper making it ideal for dockside work and windrowing of materials.
